Common questions

What does "2 hours of edits" cover?
Text changes, image swaps, adding or removing pages, updating contact information, or any other content change that takes us 2 hours or less. Larger changes are quoted separately.
Can I cancel the Care Plan?
Yes. The plan is month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel with 30 days written notice. No refund is given for the current billing month.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes, if the site passes our initial technical audit. We charge a one-time onboarding fee to familiarise ourselves with the codebase and set up monitoring.
What does uptime monitoring mean?
We run automated checks on your site every 5 minutes. If it goes down, we receive an alert and investigate immediately. For most issues, the site is back online before your customers notice.
Does the plan cover Shopify stores?
Yes. For Shopify stores the plan covers app updates, theme file edits, product content changes, and liaison with Shopify support if needed.
What happens to unused editing hours?
Unused hours do not roll over. The plan is priced for ongoing reliability, not banked hours. If you consistently need more than 2 hours per month, we will suggest a higher tier.
