By engaging WebForge for any service, you agree to these terms. "We", "us", and "WebForge" refers to the WebForge web studio based in Islamabad, Pakistan. "You" refers to the client.
All projects begin with a written agreement (proposal or quote) that outlines scope, price, and timeline. Work starts only after you confirm the proposal and pay the initial deposit. Any scope changes must be agreed in writing before additional work begins.
Each project includes up to three rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions beyond scope will be quoted and billed separately.
You are responsible for supplying content (text, images, logos) on time. Delays caused by late content provision may affect the project timeline. You confirm that you own or have the right to use all content you provide.
Upon final payment, you own the completed website and its content. WebForge retains the right to display the project in our portfolio. We may use third-party licensed fonts, images, or plugins within your project; you agree to maintain any required licences after handover.
We build and test sites across modern browsers and devices. We do not guarantee compatibility with every browser or device. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project. We are not liable for losses arising from website downtime, security breaches outside our control, or third-party service failures.
You may cancel a project at any time. The deposit is non-refundable if work has begun. Care Plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice; no refund is given for the current month.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
